Urtzi Manich has extensive experience in the IT sector, particularly in retail technology. Currently serving as Retail IT Manager at Pepe Jeans since September 2002, Urtzi acts as a business partner for Retail, providing solutions aligned with business needs and the global group strategy, focusing on omnichannel solutions, mobile POS, and loyalty programs. Previous roles at Pepe Jeans included Retail IT Consultant, where Urtzi facilitated POS integration with various platforms, and IT Support, providing first-level support for retail stores and headquarters users, along with office network maintenance. Earlier experience includes a position in Helpdesk and Network Administration at Terra Networks from 1999 to 2001.
