Rob Schmidt has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rob is currently serving as the Vice President IT, Business Solutions at Incora since January 2024. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Consultant specializing in technology consultation from June 2020 to February 2024. From 2006 to 2020, Rob was the Owner of Estate 1856 Wines. Rob also held significant positions at Pearson as the SVP Technology, CTO North America from February 2015 to November 2019, and at Dell as the Executive Director Information Technology/Chief Data Officer from March 2006 to January 2015. Earlier in their career, Rob worked at Safeway as the Director of Development, Philtech from May 1999 to March 2006. Their roles included managing staff, establishing company policies, and overseeing department budgets.

Rob Schmidt attended California State University, Chico from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems & Accounting.
