Shannon Ganzevoort is an experienced professional in office management and human resources, currently serving as Office Manager at Peoria Symphony Orchestra since November 2023, after previously holding the position of Patron Services Manager from January 2019 to May 2023. Shannon's prior roles include Marketing Manager, Human Resources, and Administration at Icehouse Entertainment Group Inc, as well as a series of HR-focused positions at Textron, which included Senior Global Project Lead, HR Service Delivery Lead, and HR Shared Services Delivery Manager. Shannon holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Theater and English from Eureka College.
