Betsy Campbell Barth is the current advisor at PeopleTech Partners. Previously, they were the Vice President of Total Rewards, People Ops & Analytics at Bill.com from June 2021 to December 2021. There, they were responsible for leading strategy and scale for the next phase of growth which included executive and board compensation, talent management, compensation, benefits and equity, HRIS, HR operations and analytics, and M&A.

Betsy Campbell Barth has a Master's Degree in International Business from Schiller International University and a Bachelor's Degree in Administration of Justice with a Minor in Spanish from Penn State University. Betsy also has certification from IEBA in Global Benefits Management.
