Kim McDonald has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with extensive knowledge in HR functions such as recruiting, benefits coordination, and HRIS management. Prior to their current role as Director of Human Resources at PeopleService, Inc., Kim held positions at Alegent Health and Peoples Natural Gas Company, where Kim specialized in HRIS design and data management. Kim attended Iowa Western Community College in 1978-1979.
