Joseph DeVirgilio has been working in the field of safety and regulatory compliance for over 15 years. Joseph started their career as a loss control consultant with Overland Solutions, Inc. in 2005. In 2008, they became the EHS coordinator with Hydrodec Group plc. Joseph then worked as the QEHS coordinator with EQ- The Environmental Quality Company from 2011 to 2012. In December 2012, they became the safety/compliance manager with Peoples Services, Inc. and they have been in that role for the past six years. In March 2018, Joseph DeVirgilio was promoted to director of safety & regulatory compliance with Peoples Services.

Joseph DeVirgilio reports to Douglas J. Sibila, President & CEO. They work with Darin R. Haines - Executive Vice President, Bill Hanlon - COO & EVP, and William M Bell - Procurement Director.
