Niranjan Selvanayagam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and business systems architecture. As Chief Manager at People's Leasing & Finance PLC since August 2010, Niranjan leads initiatives that modernize operations and align technology with corporate goals. Previous roles include Senior Business Systems Architect - Manager and Business Systems Architect / Deputy Manager, where Niranjan drove innovative solutions and managed successful projects, including the award-winning “SelfeCash” product. An MBA graduate from Cardiff Metropolitan University and holder of a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Systems, Niranjan also has a solid background in software development and project leadership from earlier positions at Virtusa and OpenArc Systems Management.
