Thomas Gennaro has a wealth of work experience in various leadership roles. Thomas started their career at Stewart Enterprises in 1994, where they served as the Manager of Corporate Development until 2002. After that, they joined OrthoSynetics (formerly Orthodontic Centers of America) as the Senior Vice President of Business & Professional Development and held the position until 2009. In 2010, Gennaro joined Peoples Health, where they served as the Assistant Vice President of Corporate Financial Analysis until 2017. Thomas then took on the role of the Senior Executive Director for the East Bank Market within the same company until 2017. Most recently, Gennaro has been working at Peoples Health as the Vice President of Network Development since 2018.

Thomas Gennaro completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of New Orleans from 1982 to 1987. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the same university, which they completed in 1989.
