Jason Jarrell started their work experience in 1998 at Gilsbar, Inc., where they worked as a Benefit Analyst for over 15 years. In this role, they provided actuarial and analytical support and conducted data analysis for key clients. Their responsibilities included producing medical and financial trends using several years of claims data. In 2007, they transitioned to the role of Production Administrator II at the same company and worked there until 2007. In 2014, Jason joined Nestlé Health Science-Pamlab as a Sales Operations Analyst I, where they worked until 2016. Jason then moved on to Peoples Health and worked as a Decision Support Analyst starting in 2016.

Jason Jarrell attended Southeastern Louisiana University from 1993 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting.
