Scott Heirshberg is an experienced leader in the cannabis industry, currently serving in a leadership capacity at People's California since May 2023, while also co-founding Better Green and advising Native Sun Wellness. Previously, Scott held key positions including Chief Operating Officer at FLOWER CO. and Eaze, where Scott was Senior Director of Strategic Operations during an acquisition, as well as COO and SVP of Operations at DYME Brands, Inc. and RISE Logistics. Scott co-founded multiple companies, including Headwaters and AER by Helios, which focused on high-quality CO2 cannabis vaporizer cartridges. Earlier in Scott's career, valuable recruitment experience was gained at Survival Systems, leading to multiple accolades. Scott holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Religious Studies from Lewis & Clark College.
