Josh Vargo has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Josh began their career at the City of Twinsburg, where they worked as a Lifeguard, CPR and First Aid Instructor, Water Safety Instructor, and later became the Aquatics Manager. Josh also worked as a Swim Coach for the Twinsburg Competitive Aquatics Team. In 2018, they interned at Northcoast Research as a Research Intern. Josh then joined Peoples Bank, starting as a Professional Development Associate and later transitioned to a role as a Business Banking Analyst. Josh further advanced in their career at Peoples Bank, working as a Quantitative Portfolio Analyst and then Assistant Vice President, Quantitative Portfolio Analyst. Currently, Josh holds the position of Vice President - Quantitative Loan Portfolio Risk Manager at Peoples Bank. In addition to their banking experience, they served as an Adjunct Professor at Marietta College in 2022.

Josh Vargo attended The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2015 to 2019. In 2017 and 2018, they also participated in the Consulting Immersion Program at The Ohio State University. The degree name and field of study for both education experiences are not provided.
