Jennifer Volland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and quality management within the recruitment industry. Currently serving as Operations & Quality Sr Director at PeopleReady since March 2021, Jennifer develops tools, reporting, and processes to enhance client delivery and provides visibility into global company performance. Additionally, Jennifer holds the position of Operations & Quality Director at PeopleScout since February 2016, where similar responsibilities are undertaken.
