C. Andy Firsich has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. C. Andy began their career in 1997 at Oak Hills Swim & Racquet Club, where they worked as an Assistant Manager and later transitioned into a Maintenance role. In these positions, they managed staff, scheduled shifts, and conducted inventory management, while also performing general maintenance tasks.

In 2001, Firsich ventured into entrepreneurship and became the Owner/DJ of DPP DJs. C. Andy successfully managed their own DJ business for several years.

In 2003, Firsich joined PeopleOne Health as an Engineering Co-Op, assisting in the development of health and fitness tools for SparkPeople.com. C. Andy later progressed to the role of Software Engineer, where they led the integration of data from the company's fitness device wearable into their health and wellness suite.
