Andreas Schumann has a long and varied work experience. Andreas began their career in 1995 as a Field Engineer for Seicom Engenharia, where they were responsible for the deployment of VHF/UHF radio systems for CELESC (Centrais Elétricas de Santa Catarina) and paging systems deployment and customer service. In 1997, they moved to Glenayre Electronics as a Customer Support Engineer. In 1999, they became a Field Engineer for TECNOMEN. In 2003, they began working for Embratel as a Regulatory Affairs Consultant, interacting with ANATEL (Brazilian Agency of Telecommunication) regarding number & frequency management, telecommunication licenses request/bid, public hearing comments, PSTN and PCS service plans (prices/conditions), number portability, pre-paid services, and making sure all company departments knew ANATEL rules. In 2006, they began working for VIVO as a VAS content providers integration Coordinator. From 2007 to 2014, they worked for HRsmart as a Tech Manager, managing the Brazilian technical team, being in charge of customer support, customer training and customer special customizations, and responsible for new products translations and modifications to the local market. Finally, from 2014 to the present, they have been working for Peoplenect as a Tech Manager, managing the technical team and being in charge of recruitment and selection, SaaS development, customer support, customer training and customer special customizations, and responsible for new products (web and mobile app's) specifications, coordinating local development teams, and overseeing outsourced teams in Portugal and India.
Andreas Schumann began their education in 1990 when they graduated from ITA with a degree in Eletronic Engineering. After that, they continued their studies at ITA - ESPM, where they earned an MBA in Business Management between 2001 and 2003.
