Kamini Balbudhe currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Peoplefy since August 2024. Previously, Kamini held the same position at Techspian from September 2021 to August 2024 and was a Talent Acquisition Lead at Peoplefy from March 2018 to September 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate Talent Manager at Medulla Recruitment Services Pvt. Ltd. from August 2016 to December 2017 and as a Recruitment Manager at EDR Continuous Information Pvt. Ltd. from August 2013 to August 2016. Kamini Balbudhe earned a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Nagpur University between 2010 and 2012 and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the same university from May 2007 to 2010.
