IT Engineer, Kyle Kuemmerle, was born and raised in sunny San Diego, so it’s no surprise that he loves working beachside at the PB office. Kyle’s brothers started working in DevOps before him, and when he became interested in what they were doing, he too set ou tto join the industry. He also credits several of his close friends who helped him find work and connected him with important contacts along the way. Here at PeopleConnect, Kyle’s team wears many hats and has several key responsibilities including server maintenance, configuration management, monitoring, and rapid responses to issues affecting the site. This wide spectrum of daily tasks is what Kyle loves most about DevOps. “He get exposure to a lot of different areas in IT that interest him, and hw get to work in operations, development, networking, monitoring and infrastructure,” he said. Kyle’s favorite part of working for PeopleConnect is working side-by-side with people who are passionate about what they do.
