Marianna Chacharidaki is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in credit control and commercial operations. Currently serving as a Credit Controller at PeopleCert since September 2022, Marianna is involved in managing examination and accreditation services globally. Prior to this role, Marianna spent nearly nine years at LAVDAS S.A. CONFECTIONS, initially as a Commercial Department Officer, then progressing to Credit Controller and eventually serving as a Commercial Operations Manager, where responsibilities included resolving contract discrepancies and ensuring smooth commercial operations. Additionally, Marianna was a Business Owner at Fortetza from 2010 to 2014, focusing on order organization and market promotion. Academically, Marianna holds a Master’s Degree in Digital Communication Media and Interactive Environments from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon and two Master's degrees in Services Management from Athens University of Economics and Business.
