Cristina Bertolo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT services, project management, and digital marketing. Currently serving as the PeopleCert Ambassador for Scrum and DevOps since September 2022, Cristina also co-authored a book on IT Service Management with Senac São Paulo. In their role as Operations Director at Via Virtual since May 2020, Cristina has led the development of the company's EAD platform and digital marketing strategy.
