Maria Pederson has a strong background in development and community engagement, currently serving as a Development Coordinator at People Serving People since June 2021. Prior to this role, Maria gained experience as a Volunteer Associate and Events and Fundraising Intern at the same organization. In addition, Maria contributed to the Minitex Library Information Network as a Student Library Assistant and worked as a Literacy Mentor at YMCA of the USA. Maria holds a degree in Communication Studies with a focus on Digital Media Studies from the University of Minnesota, earned between 2016 and 2019.
