Crisel Erfe has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Crisel started their career as a Post Graduate Intern at the Philippine Centers for Specialized Health Care in 2006. Crisel then joined VisualDx in 2013 as an International Project Lead before moving to The Lundquist Institute for Biomedical Innovation at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, where they worked as a Senior Clinical Research Associate from 2010 to 2018.
In 2014, they joined Science 37 and held various roles, including Senior Project Manager, Director of Clinical Trials Technology and Innovation, Chief of Staff, and Senior Director of Metasite Data Management and Clinical Systems. Crisel worked at Science 37 until 2022.
Currently, Crisel Erfe is working at People Science as the Director of Clinical Solutions and Operations. Crisel also holds the position of Director of Strategic Operations and Solutioning, starting from March 2023.
Crisel Erfe's education history begins in 1986, when they attended St. Scholastica's Academy of Marikina. Crisel completed their secondary education there in 1997. In the following years, from 1997 to 2001, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General at Ateneo de Manila University. After completing their undergraduate studies, Crisel went on to the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree with a specialization in Medicine. Additionally, in 2016, Crisel pursued further education at the Society of Clinical Research Associates, receiving certification as a Certified Clinical Research Professional, CCRP.
