Susan Barnicoat is a seasoned change and business transformation expert currently serving as Lead Consultant at People Results since November 2023, where the focus is on guiding organizations through complex change initiatives. Prior to this role, Susan held positions at PeopleResults, including Partner and Change & Business Transformation Leader, delivering strategic transformation in complex environments. Susan founded Mariposa Consulting Services, LLC, providing executive coaching and leading significant organizational change initiatives. Additional experience includes senior leadership positions at JLL, PepsiCo, TXU, Haggar Clothing Co., and Fujitsu - ICL, covering areas of organizational change management, human resources, and executive coaching. Susan holds an MBA from SMU Cox School of Business and a BA in Psychology from Trinity University.
