Sushmita Haldar is an accomplished professional with a strong foundation in human resources and engineering. Currently serving as Assistant Manager - Resourcing at People Konnect since March 2022, Sushmita has also held roles as Human Resources Associate and Senior Human Resources Associate within the same organization. Prior to this, Sushmita gained experience as an Operation Executive at CloudShope Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and as an Autocad Designer at Make Builder. Sushmita holds a Master of Business Administration from Dronacharya Group of Institutions Greater Noida and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Tula's Institute.
