Traci Mitchell is an experienced professional in recruitment and career services, currently serving as the Coordinator of Recruitment and Career Services at Virginia Highlands Community College since September 2017. Previously held multiple roles at People Incorporated of Virginia since 2003, including Training Coordinator of Workforce Development. Traci also worked as a Compliance Review Officer for the New River/Mount Rogers Workforce Investment Area Consortium Board from January to September 2011. Traci holds a Master's degree in Human Services/Business from Liberty University and a Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies/Business Administration from Virginia Intermont College.
