Brandi Day is an experienced program developer with a background in community needs assessment, grant writing, and data analysis. Currently serving as Program Developer at People Incorporated of Virginia since December 2015, Brandi conducts research and prepares reports for various stakeholders, while also coordinating grant writing efforts. Previously, as Program Development Manager at Skyline Community Action Partnership, Brandi organized community events and created data collection tools to evaluate agency programs. Additional experience includes roles as a Writer and Real Estate Analyst at Novogradac & Company LLP, where Brandi contributed articles on tax credits and housing analysis, and as Housing Program Coordinator for Charlotte County Florida, focusing on grant compliance post-Hurricane Charlie. Brandi holds a B.A. in Political Science and Journalism from The George Washington University and furthered education at the University of Virginia.
