Jessica Carnahan Brown is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in various roles within the mental health and community services sectors. Currently serving as a Mental Health Practitioner at People Incorporated Mental Health Services since December 2022, Jessica previously worked as an Activities Coordinator at Touchstone Mental Health and as a Peer Support Specialist at Avivo, where responsibilities included outreach and group facilitation. Jessica's earlier role as a 2-1-1 Information and Referral Specialist at Morneau Shepell involved providing critical community resources and training in crisis response. Jessica began a career in safety and coaching as a Rock Climbing Instructor at Vertical Endeavors. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, completed in 2017.
