Victor Izbash is a professional with extensive experience in data collection, project management, and training course organization. Currently serving as a Data Collector at People in Need since August 2022, Victor also plays a significant role as the Organizer of Erasmus+ training courses at Eriline Maailm, a position held since January 2017. Previously, Victor acted as the Implementation Project Manager at VRC-Moldova, where the focus was on the rehabilitation of individuals with mental health challenges and advocating for the rights of people with disabilities. Victor's experience also includes roles as a Manual Tester at uTest and a Monitoring Officer at CIDO. Academically, Victor holds a Master's degree in Social Expertise from Universitatea Liberă Internațională din Moldova and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Slavic University of Moldova.
