Valerie Savage is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources, employee experience, and recruiting. Currently serving as a Senior HR Consultant at People Architects since July 2023, Valerie previously held the position of Director of People and Culture at Tech Elevator, where the focus was on education and career readiness in technology. With a strong background in various HR roles, including Director of Employee Experience at TRG, LTD. and Human Resources roles at Benesch Friedlander Coplan & Aronoff LLP, Valerie has demonstrated a commitment to fostering organizational culture and employee engagement. Additionally, Valerie has contributed to the wedding industry as a Wedding Officiant at Totally Zen Weddings since 2016. Educational qualifications include a B.A. with dual majors from Carnegie Mellon University and an Executive MBA in Strategic Leadership from Valar Institute.
