Min Chen started their work experience in 2013 as a Senior Financial Analyst at Zynga. In 2014, they transitioned to a Manager role at Expedia, Inc. - Hotwire, where they worked in both marketing and finance. In 2015, they joined AppDynamics as a Manager in Sales Operations & Sales Finance, and later became the General Manager of Sales Strategy and Management, leading the Global Sales Ops & Analytics team. During their time at AppDynamics, they played a significant role in scaling the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and the team size. In 2019, Min Chen joined People.ai as the Vice President of Revenue Operations & Finance, and later took on the role of Senior Vice President of Business Operations & Finance in 2020. Most recently, in 2021, they joined ClickUp as the Vice President of Finance.

Min Chen holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additionally, Min Chen has obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Statistics from Syracuse University and a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Sociology, also from Syracuse University. Furthermore, Min Chen possesses a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Sociology from the Communication University of China. Moreover, Min Chen has a certification as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute.
