Alaia Schwegler currently serves as the Sr. Product Enablement Manager at People.ai, where responsibilities include overseeing onboarding and ongoing education for customer-facing roles such as GTM Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering. Previously, Alaia was the Manager of the Global Sales Enablement Team at Unity, managing a team of Sales Enablement Consultants and executing go-to-market strategies, achieving high customer satisfaction scores. Alaia also held roles at Unity as a Sr. Sales Enablement Consultant, building enablement strategies for the Digital Twins vertical, and at Roofstock as a Sales Enablement & Operations Analyst. Early career experiences include roles at Localwise, where Alaia was the Head of Sales Enablement & Operations, significantly increasing team revenue, and as a Sales SDR/Team Lead, generating substantial individual sales. Alaia holds a double major in Spanish and Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley, and has pursued further education at Middlebury College and the University of Virginia.
