Shruthi Narayan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the medical device industry, currently serving as EVP & General Manager at Penumbra, Inc. since March 2013. Shruthi's career at Penumbra has included positions such as Vice President of Global Marketing and Director of Marketing for Vascular and Vascular Thrombectomy. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Peripheral Sales Representative at Medtronic Vascular, where strategic account management was performed, as well as clinical sales support in the Southern California and Pacific Northwest territories for Medtronic Cardiovascular. Additionally, Shruthi worked in Regulatory Affairs at Medtronic Vascular, ensuring compliance and gaining device approvals. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Medical Device & Diagnostic Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
