Durga Devi is an accomplished industrial engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles at Penumbra, Inc. since July 2017, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Industrial Engineering. Previously, Durga held multiple positions, including Industrial Engineering Manager, Principal Industrial Engineer, and Industrial Engineer IV, demonstrating a strong commitment to team development, process improvement, and operational efficiency. Prior to joining Penumbra, Durga was a full-time parent for seven years and worked as an Industrial Engineer at AutoZone Inc., focusing on process improvement and workforce optimization. An early career internship at US Endoscopy introduced Lean Manufacturing principles.
