Doug Gibson is an experienced professional in the fields of mental health, social enterprise, and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Services at Penumbra Mental Health since March 2022, Doug previously held various senior roles at Homeless Network Scotland, including Change Lead, Partnerships Manager, and Business & Innovation Manager, where responsibilities included business development and overseeing social initiatives. At Glasgow Homelessness Network, Doug operated as the Business Development Manager, focusing on strategic direction for Rapid Rehousing and Housing First initiatives. Additional experience includes account management at Amici Procurement Solutions and business development at Pareto Law, as well as teaching English at Qinglai School and co-founding the Caber Function Band. Doug holds a BA in Economics from the University of Strathclyde and has completed TEFL and Gestalt Coach Training courses.
