Eric Landers began their work experience in 2005 as a Consultant in Financial and Insurance Services at Navigant Consulting. Eric then joined Pentucket Bank in 2007 as an Assistant Vice President, where they built a $130m commercial loan portfolio and improved the credit review process. In 2011, they joined the Archdiocese of Boston as a Senior Consultant, providing financial and strategic oversight to parishes and schools. Eric later became the Budget Manager for the Archdiocese and was heavily involved in a major organizational transformation initiative. In 2018, Eric returned to Pentucket Bank as a Senior Vice President and Senior Credit Risk Manager, leading the teams responsible for underwriting and administering consumer and commercial loans, managing risks, and focusing on customer experience, employee development, and community engagement.
Eric Landers attended Boston College where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a focus on finance and music. Eric then proceeded to the University of Massachusetts Lowell to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree, specializing in finance. Following this, they enrolled at Saint John's Seminary to obtain a Master of Theological Studies (M.T.S.) degree specifically designed for laity. Prior to these higher education experiences, Eric Landers attended Central Catholic High School.
