Marcus Foerster has a robust background in systems architecture and collaboration software, currently working at Pentos AG since August 2003. Prior to this role, Marcus Förster operated as a freelance consultant specializing in Lotus Notes/Domino development, collaboration, messaging, and IT services from January 2001 to July 2003. Marcus co-founded Droese Consulting GmbH, where responsibilities included business management and consulting on Lotus Notes/Domino and document management from April 2000 to December 2000. A diploma thesis was completed at Ernst & Young from October 1999 to March 2000, and earlier experience includes customer administration at CompuServe. Marcus Foerster holds a Diplom-Informatiker (FH) in applied computer science from Hochschule Furtwangen and an Ingénieur-Maître (Doppel-Diplom) in applied computer science from Université de Haute-Alsace Mulhouse-Colmar.
