Niamh McCarthy is a Senior Consumer Insights Manager at Pentland Brands, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Niamh served as a Strategic Research Specialist and Senior Researcher at Ocado Retail Ltd from August 2021 to October 2024. Niamh's career in insights began at Sparkler, part of PA Consulting, where responsibilities included Graduate Analyst, Analyst, and Insight Manager from February 2017 to August 2021. Niamh holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from the University of Bristol.
