Sara Van de Streek has extensive experience in administrative support and career services, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Pentex Restaurant Group since June 2017. In this role, Sara coordinates the CEO's schedule and travel arrangements while managing office operations. Prior to this position, Sara worked at North Dakota State University from 2007 to 2017 in various roles, including Internship Coordinator and Career Specialist, where responsibilities involved developing internship partnerships and providing career guidance to students. Additional experience includes serving as an Admission Counselor at NDSU and working in graphic design and merchandising for the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks Baseball team. Sara holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication and Speech Communication from North Dakota State University.
