Tzurit Golan has over 20 years of experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently, they serve as the Chief People Officer at Pentera. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Fyber, where they led the HR and people strategy for a global team of 300 employees. Tzurit was also a part of the company's executive team and involved in strategic and business decisions. Before Fyber, Tzurit held positions such as VP of Global HR & Organizational Development at MX1, Head of International HR at AudioCodes, and Head of Global HR at Orbit Communication Systems Ltd. Tzurit also worked as Director of HR at Alvarion and HR Director at Cellcom. Tzurit began their career as an Organizational Consultant at Lotem.

Tzurit Golan earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Sociology and Human Behavior from Management College. Tzurit then pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Sociology at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Later, they completed a Global MBA program at Reichman University. Additionally, they attended Lahav Executive Education for a specialized program for Executives and Government Officials in 2016.
