Robbie Scarrow is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in managed services and network support. Currently serving as a Managed Service Engineer at Pentesec since October 2019, Robbie specializes in the CheckPoint product set and acts as the lead escalation point for business-as-usual activities. Prior to this role, Robbie was a 3rd Level Network Support Engineer at Integrity360, providing high-class customer service and support for internet security products. Robbie began a career in IT security at Metadigm IT Security Limited, advancing from Junior IT Security Engineer to IT Security Engineer, where complex technical issues were handled and vendor communication facilitated. Robbie holds a BTEC National Diploma in IT Practitioners from Cambridge Regional College, earned from 2004 to 2006.
