Edna Lim Siew En is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Pentas Flora Sdn Bhd since February 2022. Prior to this role, Edna held the position of Sr Human Resource & Admin Executive at Fujitec (M) Sdn Bhd from April 2014 to February 2022, where responsibilities included managing the full spectrum of HR functions, advising on employee services, and overseeing compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Edna's career began at Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd as a Senior Executive in Human Resources from May 2011 to April 2014, focusing on data analysis, report generation, and industrial relations.
