Adib Syahmi Abd Aziz is an experienced Operation Engineer currently with Pentas Flora Sdn Bhd since March 2021, focusing on achieving operational efficiencies in production activities. Previously, Adib held the position of Operation Engineer at Taiko Marketing Sdn. Bhd., where responsibilities included maintenance planning and project setup in a warehouse environment. Adib's career began at FELDA PALM INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD., where various roles spanned from Cadet Mill Engineer to Assistant Mill Manager, managing mechanical and electrical maintenance to optimize production. Early experience includes an internship at General Electric Engine Services (M) Sdn Bhd, where Adib worked on turbine engine components and production planning.
