Johan Goosen is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and process engineering. Currently serving as the Process Engineering Manager at Pentair since February 2021, Johan has successfully transformed project handling from Engineering to Order (ETO), achieving a 60% reduction in engineering hours across multiple projects. Previous roles include Project Engineering Manager at Solarus Smart Energy Solutions, where efficient project delivery structures were developed, and Founder and Engineering Manager at Govisol, which specialized in commercial plumbing and hot water solutions. Johan has also held key positions at New Southern Energy, SIRAC Southern Africa, and Triz Engineering Solutions, contributing to innovative solutions in thermal systems and industrial design.
