Matthew Duncan is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in creating and maintaining web applications and software solutions. Currently employed at Penstock as a Software Developer since September 2021, Matthew previously held various roles at CGI, including Senior Consultant and Software Architect, where expertise in ASP.NET web applications and SQL Server was demonstrated. Additional experience includes work as an Information System Designer at Pocahontas Land Corporation, focusing on custom application maintenance and business process analysis. Matthew holds a degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Networking and Programming from Bluefield State University, earned between 2006 and 2010.
