Beatriz Gabriel Mariano is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Account Payables Analyst for the Americas at Penspen since February 2010. In this role, Beatriz is responsible for accounts payable, accounting record entry, invoicing, procurement of supplies, tax documentation, and various administrative tasks. Beatriz also has a background in accounts payable and purchasing, having held positions from Assistant to Administrative and Accounting roles, and later transitioning to accounts payable and purchasing. Prior to Penspen, Beatriz worked at Surtidora del Pastelero as an Accounting Assistant and then as Branch Administrative Manager from August 2006 to August 2009. Beatriz holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Interamericana para el Desarrollo and a certificate as a Private Accountant from Isaac Pitman. Proficient in various accounting systems, including Contpaqi, Cheqpad, Agresso, and SAP, Beatriz brings a strong skill set to financial management and administration.
