Mike Rucki currently serves as the Division Manager for Communications & Public Affairs at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC), where responsibilities include directing a comprehensive communications program to promote the organization's mission and services. With extensive experience in project management, Mike has overseen multi-million-dollar contracts as a Federal Project Manager while also serving as a writer and co-founder of On Frozen Blog. Previous roles include Business Analyst at Advanced Technology Systems, Communications Specialist at the U.S. Department of Education, and Graphic Designer for the U.S. Department of Housing, where direct collaboration with HUD Secretary Andrew Cuomo took place. Mike holds a BS in Business Administration - Operations Management from the University of Delaware and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
