Julius Vinluan has over 25 years of experience in the information technology sector, currently serving as an IT Project Manager at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation since March 2014. Prior to this role, Julius held positions such as Senior Consultant at 3T International, Inc. from April 2006 to March 2014, Interface Developer at CPA Global from 2002 to 2005, Applications Developer at MCI Worldcom from 1998 to 2001, and Computer Programmer in the US Army from May 1989 to June 1992.
