Elise Riordan is a Salesforce Consultant at Penrod. Previously, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Silverline, developing platform strategy and overseeing the expansion of the CoPilot by NuCompass service delivery platform. At Silverline, they also ensured company goals and objectives were met, coordinated project strategy and deadlines with development teams, and served as the primary architect for the relocation platform - one of the first in the mobility industry with automation and workflow.

Prior to their time at Silverline, Elise was the VP of Strategic Solutions at Shyft. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's go-to-market strategy and execution, as well as overseeing all aspects of product management, including product roadmap, requirements definition, launch planning, and post-launch analysis.

Elise has a proven track record in developing creative solutions to complex challenges and is skilled in managing multi-faceted projects with tight deadlines. Elise is an effective communicator and excels at building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Elise Riordan has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Santa Clara University. Elise is also a Ranger from Trailhead by Salesforce. Elise has various certification from Salesforce which are Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant Certification, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), and Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.
