Arnel Litherland-Davis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education, sports, and negotiation. Currently serving as an SBAT SWL Field Officer at Penola Catholic College since January 2015, Arnel contributes to the VCE-VM Program and coordinates school-based trainees, while also holding roles as VCAL Liaison Officer and VCAL Coordinator, focusing on innovative program implementation and curriculum development. In addition to teaching, Arnel is actively involved in umpiring for various football leagues and has a long-standing commitment to the AFL Victoria as a Game Development Officer and Conciliation Officer. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor of Education, among others, with continual professional development in areas such as career education and training. Arnel also operates as a Contract Negotiator for athletes and entertainers, showcasing a strong ability in deal-making and opportunity development.
