Scott Herr has worked as a Senior Desktop Support Technician at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC. Prior to that, Scott was the Manager of Technical Support at Phone Power and also worked in tire sales/customer service at Firestone. Scott's earlier experience includes working as a Member Service Specialist II at the Automobile Club of Southern California.
