Tony Ferguson has worked in the business industry since 2001. Tony began their career as the Founder & Managing Director of Emerchants Holdings Pty Ltd. In 2008, they took on the role of Founder & CIO at EML. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Consultant while also working as a Self Employed individual. In 2015, they became the Founder and CEO of Penny Inc.

Tony Ferguson graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Tony then attended the University of Southern California, where they earned a Master of Public Administration degree in 2015.
