Roger Baumbach II is an experienced IT professional with extensive expertise in systems and applications administration. Currently serving as an IT Generalist Administrator I and Infrastructure Manager at Pennsylvania Treasury since September 2016, Roger's responsibilities include administration of Azure AD, O365, and SCCM for a large infrastructure of over 300 devices and 150 servers. Prior roles include IT Generalist II and IT Generalist I, where Roger significantly contributed to server management and user support. Previously, at Susquehanna University, Roger handled over 500 help desk requests monthly and provided technical assistance for a diverse user base. Roger holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Susquehanna University and gained valuable experience during a study abroad program at Regent's University London.
